Successful spiritual leadership requires a healthy and balanced life.  This course is designed to help rabbis, congregational leaders, and lay leaders to cultivate a dynamic vital lifestyle inside and out! Whether you are an aspiring leader, newer leader or you are a seasoned veteran this eight week  course will offer practical insights and ideas from an all star cast of presenters that will benefit us all.  The course will focus on four areas of personal development: intellectual, physical, social and personal spirituality.  Joining me as presenters will be Stuart Dauermann, Ira Brawer, Richard Freeman, Jason Forbes, Walter Lieber, Barney Kasdan and Rich Nichol. The course is co-sponsored by the UMJC Madrikh Program and RO’I, the Rabbinical Ordination Institute of MJTI, and will run for eight consecutive Thursday nights, 8:00–10:00 PM Eastern time, beginning March 25. It is open to congregational leaders and associates, elders, worship leaders, teachers, and anyone preparing for leadership as well.
