Winter Leadership Conference 2025

January 19-22, 2025 - San Diego, CA

We welcome all messianic leaders, their leadership teams, and spouses to attend our annual Winter Leadership Conference, centered on the theme, Making Waves.

We’ll kick things off Sunday night with a luau feast and authentic Hawaiian dance praise group. Shaun Tomson, the only Jewish world champion surfer, will join us as our Keynote Speaker on Sunday. Shaun’s passion is to help leaders activate own personal Code to live a better and more purposeful life.

The WLC is hosted by Kehilat Ariel Messianic Synagogue, where all sessions and conference meals will be held. We will provide a free shuttle between the hotel and Kehilat Ariel, for those that need it.

On Wednesday, we are holding a Strategic Planning Session, open to leaders from Union member congregations. This is an all-day meeting and we suggest making plans to return home on Thursday. There is no Steering Committee Meeting scheduled during WLC.
